Winding lines

I am sure I'm doing something wrong
When I come to fly my Superfly the lines are always twisted like mad and it takes me ages to untwist them. This never happens with my prism quantum lines.
Both sets are the standard lines that come with the kites.
What's the best way of winding your lines back up to avoid this?
