Fractured Axel

I managed to break the leading edge central spars in my old Sky Dancer Quad ages ago and havent got around to sourcing replacements. So does anybody know exactly what these spars are? They look like its some kind of carbon/glass fibre mixture.

I know I can pick them up from the states from Windstar kites - but am hoping for a more UK solution!
