Hoping to get there for a change this year. Out of the day trippers what day are most people going to be there?

Weather looking good.

hi,

Arrived in Bristol yesterday and spent today walking around Bristol, seeing the sights, visiting Ashton Court etc.

The weather is amazing, the food is great and so is the beer (I'm currently at the Watershed on a public computer).

Looking forward to the festival and seeing you guys tomorrow.

Cheers, Gos

Just about to leave. I'm booked into a B&B in Southville (BS3).

Setting off in half an hour as we live close enough to commute :D

See you all soon. Mmmm. Best festival of the year.

Vee

P.S. sorry to all the other organisers out there, but here I have no competitions or demos, my time is my own to do with as I please.

Sorry NEX, failed to spot the subtle sarcasm. Apparently there was no third arena yesterday but today there was.:D

Nice day out, good to catch up with people after too long, seem to be slightly sunburnt.

Take it up with the farmers who were working on the field until 9pm Friday, stopping them setting ouit the arenas on Friday night.

Thus there was too much to do on the Saturday am so our arena got dropped by the pa/arena guy. I did ask three times for it to be done SOMETIME on the day but it never happened. So I spend a lot of time on Saturday chasing public off to give some flying space for the novices, hard work and I could sure have done without some of the abuse it got me.

So I brought my own rope and pins for Sunday, so had to get here a half hour earlier to put it up and an hour later than everyone else at the end to pack it up.

Believe it or not these things are not put there by the fairies! Also, bear in mind it was only there for the first time last year, and is a priviledge not a right. All of the TO arenas there is the past few years have been done by me on the QT without the organisers knowledge.
