Did you add my vote to the poll already ?

Nope, just clicked one for myself.

Nobody will win or lose on this one, it's about how to take part.

It's worth getting in the arena for the experience and to feel confidant in there, then, when you do get good......first time arena nerves won't hold you back.

besides, there is only one way to get at something. :-)

I'm going to try to make it.

Is there parking? There's no mention at all on the festival website.

There usually is and there is normally a car pass in the kiteflier.

Does the on-field car parking happen on Monday too?

I'm in.

I'm not very good, but it sounds like it will be a good experience.

I went to Uni in Pompey, so it will be a weekend down memory lane too. A "belly-buster" burger from Ken's Kebabs is in order.

D'you know, I've never noticed... I would've thought so though.

Obviously. Is there another kind of chips?

It's my main reason for going to the festival, and I live here.

Naturally. A then a bit of trophy collecting from the nearest roadworks.

Happy days.

Looking a bit more promising now then...

Slight change of timings to accomodate some coaching... All on the Monday.

10.00 AM - 12.00 Noon BFD coaching.
12.00 - 1.00 Lunch.
1.00 - (probably an hour or so) TP Workshop.

If this causes problems for anybody allready in for the workshop, let me know and we'll see about switching the 2 sessions over.
If you're interested in the coaching session, again Post, PM or E-mail some details along with what it is you'd be interested in concentrating on so's we can tailor the coaching accordingly.

Any more experienced fliers around who would be able to give an hour or two to help with coaching, please let Keith know for festival participation purposes.

The times look OK to me.
I am interested in the coaching and would like to look at the group 1 and 2 tricks if pos.

Group 1= axel • coin toss • half axel • insane • pancake* • turtle [backflip] • twist [Sleeping Beauty launch]
Group 2= 360 • cascade • dead launch • double axel • fade • pinwheel [helicopter] • refueling [docking] • rolling Susan [snap lazy] • rolling-up • stop [stall] • two-point landing
