Finally made it home!

Had a great time, despite camping in very wet conditions Friday night and Saturday.

Sunday there was a great turn out of Fractured Axelites, I think they must have heard I won a Rok in the raffle on Saturday night (It was worth the wet to win that :D) Thanks to Roy for helping me set it up, attaching the line, flying it on its maiden voyage and giving me some do's and dont's for future Rok fighting :D It was great to see everyone. Also many thanks for the psuedo snickers and the loan Jim

Winds were a bit wierd for flying if you weren't used to it, but in the end I got the Rev up, and when everyone had gone home CJ showed me how to fly a two line kite in virtually no wind:D

I had a great weekend and am looking forward to the next one...FA fly in in two weeks, then Middle Wallop followed by Basingstoke. I have my fingers crossed for some better weather though...

Was a good day indeed - weather was a bit iffy from time to time but the social was great - a little inkling of how cool the fly-in could be if we all turn up. Still - plenty of S/UL flying and even the Indoor Wren got a go (though not outdoors).

Must go and dry them all out now... :( Can't be bothered to shower them tonight though.

Yes, a good day out. Thanks to Jim and Craig for showing me what a Pyro can really do!

I'll see if I can get cascades worked out by the 23rd.... :)

I had an excellent day. It was good to meet up with Andy, Craig and Faith again and put some new faces to names in our Fractured axel world. Looking forward to the FA fly-in even more now.

Sounds like a plan - Hopefully something will come of this proposed event in Cardiff Bay, in which case the more people who attend the better!
